Responsibilities
Interpret business needs and gather requirements from users and technical teams.
Create requirements documentation under the guidance of a Lead or Senior Business Analyst.
Participate in project planning, requirements analysis, and verification sessions.
Manage user acceptance testing process and documentation.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and collaborate with stakeholders.
Review, analyze, and document business systems and user needs.
Monitor project status, mitigate risks, and ensure timely deliverables.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
3 years experience in functional, operational, business, data, systems or testing analysis
Preferred
Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality, effective deliverables on-time and be a valuable contributor to the development of cost-effective solutions
Moderate understanding of business analysis core competencies
Strong time-management and organizational skill, Proficient
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, Proficient
Ability to organize stakeholder meetings, Proficient
Microsoft Office applications usage, Proficient
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience
The incumbent is required to immediately disclose any debarment, exclusion, or other event that makes them ineligible to perform work directly or indirectly on Federal health care programs
Must be able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities, deadlines, and workloads that can be variable for long periods
Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence
Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging
