Responsibilities
Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Continuously monitoring customer accounts
Utilizing data entry skills to update and maintain database
Using Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
Typing documents and correspondence as required
Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Adhering to all company policies and procedures in relation to credit control and data entry.
