Responsibilities
Meet with Regional Marketing Managers weekly to review Cost-of-Marketing and provide insights that influence reallocation of very large social media ad budgets.
Research and setup new social media ad platforms.
Leading a team running social media for America's Most Admired Home Remodeling Brand.
Plan, develop, and oversee our strategy for maximizing reach and engagement.
Collaborate with Social Media Ad Specialists to develop a content strategy and posting calendar each month.
Develop strategy to improve response times to reviews, comments, chats, and direct messages.
Conduct regular meetings with the Customer Service department to identify potential process improvements.
This role will operate within eastern hours and have quarterly visits to HQ.

Required
Experience managing $1,000,000 + Meta Ads per year.
1 year of managerial experience training and developing teams in a digital marketing environment
5 years of experience running successful social media campaigns
Experience running successful paid social media ads in Meta
Working knowledge of Sprout Social and Salesforce, preferred
Exceptional ability to organize and prioritize social media projects based on effort and impact
