Responsibilities
Performs senior-level systems analysis work including gathering, developing, and documenting user and functional stories for Agile development.
Researches problems in the legacy system using PeopleTools/Code, SQL, etc., and applies analytical skills to various business and technical processes with an emphasis on data migration and data management.
Coordinates cross-team analysis, identifies user and system requirements, documents user stories for SCRUM development, and recommends solutions for data problems and project risks.
Works with outside vendors and contractors, leads and coordinates change management process in SCRUM.

Required
3+ years experienced in gathering and documenting requirements and user stories in Agile environment.
5+ years of strong SQL skills, ability to write and execute advanced SQL in both Oracle and SQL Server.
5+ years of demonstrated proficiency Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
10+ years of working Information Technology
Preferred
Ability to manage a Scrum or Kanban team
Experience with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops preferred
Experience in having worked on prior implementations/conversions from a legacy system. Additional consideration given for PeopleSoft experience
Experience with Defined Benefit •Pension • Plans preferred
Defined Benefit •Pension • Plan knowledge to understand data requirements and use
Experience with Base Benefits or Benefits Administration systems
Experience with Pension Administration systems
Experience with Payroll Systems
Provide troubleshooting for isolating functional / technical problems within the PeopleSoft application
Demonstrated superior, •current • hands-on •functional experience • in one or more of the following PeopleSoft modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification(s).
Functional experience with PeopleSoft HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, and/or Payroll.
Project Team experience utilizing Agile Methodologies
