Responsibilities

Responsible for the proper management of several projects at once

Manage compliance with contracts, specifications, and regulations.

Project start-up activities

Subcontract negotiations

Scheduling and coordination of subcontracts

Project cost accounting

Building materials procurement

Submittals, RFI’s, and Change order processes

Liaison with GCs, Architects, Suppliers, Superintendents, etc.

Track projects ensuring they are on time and on budget

Identify and prepare change orders

Preparing monthly payment applications

Maintain good relations with clients and their agents
