Responsibilities
Demonstrates and applies understanding of modern development methodologies and tools to develop, deploy and maintain impactful, high-value solutions
Proficiency in the programming languages (e.g. Java, Spark, Scala, Angular, React, Python, R, SQL, .NET)
Demonstrate the capability of researching and objectively selecting relevant technologies for the problem space.
Build and continuously evolve a body of current and upcoming technical domain knowledge relevant to role, problem space, and the enterprise (e.g. service architectures, containerization, public and hybrid cloud engineering, ETL, modern data platforms)
Maintain awareness of current engineering operations practices (e.g. DevOps, DataOps, SecOps, Data Science, Data Engineering), deepening expertise where most relevant to role and problem space
Understands and applies engineering delivery practices to create robust, predictable, and fit-to-purpose solutions that solve enterprise and market needs
Accelerates delivery time to market through agility, design & coding best practices code reuse, automation and quality culture
Drives operational efficiency and manageability through use of DevOps practices (end-to-end ownership, everything-as-code, instrumentation)
Understands underlying solution architecture of solution and aligns or adapts it to optimize for business needs
Produces design models with high degree of complexity and connects multiple domains and technologies
Pivots between transitional architecture and strategic architecture
Researches and recommends engineering best practices
Produces design models that describe enterprise solutions
Advocates for modern development technologies and appropriate use of emerging
Possesses high degree of practical engineering and/or business knowledge
Researches emerging technology that will optimize or automate systems, evaluates feasibility and recommends solution, ensuring automation is delivering business value
Effectively communicates with business stakeholders and technical team
Contributes to the identification/prioritization of solution through analysis and brainstorming
Sorts through large amounts of data to assess for relevancy
Seeks out multiple sources to gather information
Pro-actively identifies patterns in issues and researches root-cause to provide optimum solution for customer needs
Develops and implements scripts for maintenance, monitoring and performance tuning of database
Understand data structures and common methods to transform data for further analysis
Use modern tools and techniques & leverage modern technologies, e.g., AI/ML
Design scalable Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) packages
Define and build enterprise wide standard data models
Normalize data across different domains/systems

Required
6+ years of development in .net and modern architecture
Proficiency in the programming languages (e.g. Java, Spark, Scala, Angular, React, Python, R, SQL, .NET)
Build and continuously evolve a body of current and upcoming technical domain knowledge relevant to role, problem space, and the enterprise (e.g. service architectures, containerization, public and hybrid cloud engineering, ETL, modern data platforms)
Come from a healthcare technology background, and have worked as in system architect, developer and/or modern data solutions roles
