Responsibilities

Support the construction of the Agile Coaching infrastructure including intake processes and initial vetting.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, product teams, and cross-functional teams.

Facilitate Agile Coaching engagements and ensure key milestones are met.

Drive progress related to OKRs and milestones.

Manage and scale an Agile program in an ambiguous environment.

Experience with Jira/Jira Align

Experience with Confluence

Support the construction of the Agile Coaching infrastructure (intake process -initial vetting, what, why, when)

Strong storyteller and ability to effectively communicate to all levels within an organization

Ability to report/present on Key Milestones, metrics, and risks

Ability to connect and effectively communicate with valued stakeholders and balanced product teams

Able to facilitate Agile Coaching engagements

Ability to ensure key milestones

Ability to partner and build a relationship with stakeholders, balanced product teams and cross-functional teams

Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment

Ability to manage and scale an Agile program

Ability to drive progress as it relates to OKRs and milestones
