Responsibilities

Responsible for driving program success for named partner accounts.

Act as the main point of contact for all named partner questions, requests, and concerns, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.

Contribute to the strategic direction of the partner relationships and drive operational success for said accounts.

Regularly communicate with partners to assess their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for additional services that align D^3’s portfolio of research with practical outcomes.

Design and execute personalized engagement strategies to enhance partner satisfaction and retention incl. regular check-ins and updates.

Document alignments and monitor partner engagement and satisfaction metrics, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
