Responsibilities
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Conduct customer needs assessment, business process reviews and current/future state gap analysis to create business requirements for analytics solutions
Develop and prioritize product features and requirements based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
Engage with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, data scientists, and IT teams, to gather requirements and feedback
Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders and ensure alignment on goals and expectations
Manage the product backlog, plan sprints, and track progress, driving execution with the technical and business delivery team
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and QA, to ensure seamless execution and delivery
Ensure timely delivery of product milestones and adherence to project timelines
Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for Streamlit applications
Ensure that the product delivers a seamless and engaging user experience

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; A Master's degree is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI/ML or data analytics projects
Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms
Strong background in developing and managing products from concept to launch
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in healthcare
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
Excellent leadership, team building, project management and stakeholder management skills
Superb communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proven experience working with healthcare data, including Epic EMR, is highly desirable
