Responsibilities

Responsible for administrative tasks such as arrangements, timekeeping, records control, printing, and shipping documents, as well as developing complex spreadsheets.

Provides scheduling and coordination for meetings, conferences, and training sessions.

Manages scheduling for Senior Leaders and works with them to execute scheduling efficiently.

Works with program staff to develop meeting materials, briefings, reports, and speeches.

Assists program staff with preparing reports and documents for IOS initiatives.

Develops standard IOS operating procedures and maintains office supply orders.

Performs confidential assignments for program staff and provides back up coverage for the front desk.

Provides travel administrative services and maintains office records.

Handles incoming and outgoing mail, correspondence, and phone calls, coordinating executive schedules.

Responsible for digitizing records and cataloguing regularly and responding to requests from the EA Team Lead.
