Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of software projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other software engineers to define and prioritize project requirements.
Architect and design software solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and efficient.
Write clean, readable, and well-documented code that adheres to coding standards.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Identify and analyze technical issues and propose solutions to enhance system performance and stability.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
Experience with relational databases and SQL.
Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
