Responsibilities

Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve engineering problems

Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles

Work with logic controllers and other automation systems

Gain exposure to plastics injection molding processes

Collaborate on projects involving quantum engineering concepts

Support mechanical engineering tasks including CNC machining and SolidWorks design

Utilize GD&T principles for precision engineering

Learn to fabricate components using various tools and techniques

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Knowledge or exposure to the following is a plus: root cause analysis, lean manufacturing, logic controllers, plastics injection molding, quantum engineering, mechanical engineering, CNC, SolidWorks, GD&T, fabrication

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Excellent communication and organizational skills
