Responsibilities
Create and send out invoices through commonsku in a timely manner after orders are delivered
Audit orders to ensure all costs are accounted for and determine readiness for invoicing
Regularly reach out for overdue payments
Collaborate with the sales team and clients to resolve payment/invoicing issues
Create and maintain client reporting needs using spreadsheets
Provide regular updates on the status of accounts receivable
Maintain organized records and documentation for client accounts
Assist the Finance Manager and other departmental leadership with various administrative tasks as it relates to the Accounts Receivable function
Train, develop and manage Administrative Team Members within the Finance Department

Required
5+ years’ experience in an accounts receivable role with exposure communicating with external clients and/or stakeholders
Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets strongly preferred
Ability to work in a remote environment with strong, reliable internet access
Preferred
1+ years’ experience in a supervisory role strongly preferred, but not required
Prior experience with commonsku is preferred, but not required
