Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within manufacturing operations.

Support the evaluation, selection, and integration of advanced technologies and software systems for real-time data monitoring and machine learning.

Utilize data-driven insights to monitor production performance and implement data analytics tools for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Smart Factory initiatives.

Create Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) training materials and provide training to operational teams.

Develop and maintain KPIs and performance metrics to track the impact of digital initiatives.

Complete baseline capability studies and utilize Six Sigma tools for analysis.

Report on product purpose and progress to leadership and stakeholders.

Research and recommend program best practices for organizational benefit.

Required

Experience in manufacturing Operations required

Experience with Focused Improvement and Kaizen activity or Continuous Improvement program (Lean/Six-Sigma, TPM, etc) required

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred

Experience in food manufacturing preferred

Lean/Six-Sigma black belt certification preferred

Working knowledge of the Agile Scrum methodology preferred

Strong cross-cultural agility, business acumen, and strong leadership/ influencing skills

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Minitab

Must have excellent communication skills to plant teams and leadership at all levels

Experience identifying, prioritizing, and leading Continuous Improvement initiatives with plant teams, driving measurable improvements and business results

Ability to understand technical challenges and make educated trade-offs with the team

Able to foster collaboration and act as a team member
