Responsibilities

Oversee the commissioning, troubleshooting, and start-up of fluid delivery systems for seamless operation and performance.
Provide support to the field supervision team to ensure smooth project execution phases.
Conduct regular site visits to verify proper installation and compliance with project specifications.
Engage with customers to gather feedback for future designs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with design engineers for project alignment and smooth transition from design to implementation.
Ensure project continuity and knowledge transfer during supervisor absences.
Facilitate communication and coordination between installation plans and field teams.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or other related engineering or technical degree is preferred but not required.
5+ years of experience in fluid delivery system design, or other relevant engineering experience is preferred.
Extensive experience in the automotive industry and onsite engineering, including troubleshooting and installation.
Strong mechanical aptitude & problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting 3D models, blueprints, P&IDs, schematics, and electrical prints.
Strong written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and follow-through skills.
Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations.
Willingness to travel (90-95%), including international travel to Canada and Mexico (valid passport required).
