Responsibilities
Contribute to the operational health of technology services through monitoring, incident management, and problem resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service availability and performance meet established service levels.
Participate in service improvement initiatives and projects to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Utilize Agile methodologies and tools like Jira to support service operations and continuous improvement.
Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to ensure effective service delivery and support.

Required
2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a cyber security or technology environment.
Strong knowledge of Jira administration and Agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
A mindset of curiosity and experimentation focused on iterative improvement.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in IT Management/Business/Communications or equivalent work experience.
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
