Responsibilities
Lead manufacturing-related projects
Lead operations improvement - ergonomic & human factor, operations plans, recovery planning, capacity planning and capital planning
Provide production support - scheduling, theory of constraint, budget & forecast, crew empowerment, defect analysis, core competency definition, make/buy evaluation, benchmarking analysis
Identify and prioritize process improvement project - lean manufacturing, engineering economic analysis, process mapping, root cause analysis, statistical methods, six sigma and time studies
Facilitate system integration - Value Stream Analysis, Facility Layouts, Production Systems Design, Manufacturing Process Design, Systems Thinking, Facilities Planning, and Requirements

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
Experience in manufacturing system development and coordination
Knowledge of Lean techniques
Experience in process implementation, monitoring, and inspection
Strong desire to continuously learn and improve
Experience in leading manufacturing-related projects
Experience in operations improvement including ergonomic & human factor, operations plans, recovery planning, capacity planning, and capital planning
Experience in production support such as scheduling, theory of constraint, budget & forecast, crew empowerment, defect analysis, core competency definition, make/buy evaluation, and benchmarking analysis
Experience in identifying and prioritizing process improvement projects using lean manufacturing, engineering economic analysis, process mapping, root cause analysis, statistical methods, six sigma, and time studies
