Responsibilities

Lead an Experience Design Team in creating concepts, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Help with the sales process and manage client relationships.
Facilitate client meetings to reveal business drivers and insights about users.
Capture and synthesize information from usability tests, research, etc., into actionable insights.
Set appropriate deliverables based on results and prioritize by client needs.
Manage scope, dependencies, and risks of the experience created.
Maintain backlog of potential UX improvements.
Collaborate with Visual Designers, developers, Project Managers, and Product Owners.
Supervise experience design for a near-shore team when needed.
Work with a client's existing design team to enhance work and identify gaps.
Collaborate with senior leaders to evolve company-wide design strategies.
Cultivate a collaborative and innovative design culture.

Required

6+ years in a user experience role or relevant professional or academic experience
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital experiences, including web and native projects
Passion to understand human behavior and champion user needs
Written and verbal communication skills that clearly and persuasively articulate and sell your design and defend your thinking
Ability to visually express your designs through sketches, flows and other tools
Willingness to learn and take instruction as well as to give and receive feedback
Willingness to show work in progress in a highly collaborative work environment
Passionate about you and your company producing world-class design and ability to find creative ways to achieve this
