Responsibilities

Drive quality policies and standards

Continuously improve RCA and problem solving

Implement PCAs while developing and maintaining a world-class quality system

Enjoy high visibility and collaboration with leadership/functional areas

Autonomy to own the quality function and oversee a team of 4-5 associates

Required

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field

Quality certification(s) a plus

Green or Black Belt preferred

Demonstrated Quality Engineering/Management experience, including continuous process improvement, extensive root cause analysis and problem-solving toolbox, and implementing/improving QMS

Successful coaching and training in problem-solving methods and root cause analysis

Excellent teamwork, communication, and people skills

Strong written, oral, and presentation abilities

Hands-on leader, mentor, and team builder who develops bench strength and top talent

Highly analytical, with strong data orientation, technical aptitude, and critical thinking skills
