Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth analysis of processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement

Prepare clear requirements, specifications, and recommendations facilitating improved business processes through collaboration, research, and analysis

Work with customers/stakeholders to examine and document current business processes and identify opportunities to better utilize existing technology and human resources

Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Develop and maintain business process documentation, including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications

Conduct requirements gathering sessions and facilitate workshops to elicit business requirements

Perform data analysis, data validation, and data mapping to ensure data integrity and accuracy

Partner with business and product teams to document and identify impact, risk, and benefits of alternative solutions
