Responsibilities
Accurately implement the merchandising strategy for vendor-managed accounts, optimizing store inventory through managing min/max planning tools, while meeting or exceeding inventory goals.
Provide store-level analytics to improve allocations.
Coordinate with the Store Merchandising team to resolve store-level inventory issues.
Develop and maintain standardized reports.
Collaborate with Operations on inventory line changes to improve efficiency and reduce residual inventory.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, retail management, business administration or similar
2-3 years of related experience in inventory allocation, planning and/or retail management
Advanced Excel skills required. Proficiency in all other Microsoft Office programs: Word, Outlook, and Teams
High attention to detail with strong capacity for multi-tasking
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Strong work ethic, high level of motivation, willingness to learn quickly
Passion for problem solving and data analysis
Collaborative, strong communicator, and works well with a team
Must be available to work a hybrid schedule that includes being in person in our office in Lansdale, PA
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems, BI software, databases a plus
