Responsibilities
Coordinate initiatives, track and monitor progress, and set timelines for delegated assignments.
Coordinate, organize, and maintain an effective filing system and perform complex data entry and data management.
Develop and maintain documents, reports, templates, etc.
Schedule appointments with recipients along with their support team and clinical staff.
Monitor services under the direction of clinical staff and ensure services are delivered according to the Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSP).
Receive and process requests for service from any source and perform data entry into systems.
Support Physicians/Physician Assistants providing UM for OSH and check general eligibility status.
Provide information and referral support.
Perform data entry documentation of requests for case management services.

Required
4+ years of progressive, relevant administrative support
Associate degree in a related field (equivalent combination of education and/or work experience may be substituted)
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree or certification in a related field
Behavioral health clinical setting experience
