Responsibilities
Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that will support business growth
Create and maintain data models, ETL, data warehouse, databases, and central dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
Create and maintain BI dashboards and reports
Collaborate with stakeholders and data scientists to establish business goals, metrics, and requirements and then translate these specifics into business analysis solutions
Conduct data quality checks while ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all spectrums before implementing findings
Develop reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate strategic findings and presenting these insights as recommendations to key stakeholders to aid business decisions
Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization based on data insights

Required
Must be a US Citizen
Candidates Must have hands-on experience with Business Intelligence in the federal space
Candidates in the DC Metro area is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
At least 2 years of direct BI analysis experience
At least 2 years of Momentum ERP Implementation support experience
Demonstrated ability in SQL, R, Python, Power BI
Must have experience supporting federal government agencies in the areas of technology modernization and/or data analysis
