Business Development Manager - Telecom & Broadband Managed Services

Responsibilities
Drive New Business: Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities.
Communicate Brand Image: Identify new clients, generate call lists, and book meetings to position KCI's unique market advantage to network operations managers and decision-makers.
Customize Solutions: Match our services to customer requirements and highlight the value proposition of KCI’s Managed Services.
Build Relationships: Grow and maintain long-term client relationships through meetings, presentations, and networking events.
Create Proposals: Document customer requirements, schedules, and budgets, and effectively coordinate with Operations to provide accurate and timely proposals and estimates.
Negotiation: Negotiate bill rates, contract terms, and fees with clients.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to secure feedback, ensure the quality of KCI’s delivery, and drive customer preference.
Issue Resolution: Resolve client issues with the assistance of the delivery team.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
Must have experience selling managed services (telecom, software, or IT).
Experience in telecom services including design, installation, and provision of WiFi, switches, and security appliances; network migration and optimization; circuit design and provisioning; network monitoring, maintenance, repair, and decommissioning solutions; and transport engineering solutions.
Minimum 5 years of experience in outside sales within the telecom and broadband markets.
Hunter mentality and a proactive approach.
Strong communication and negotiating skills.
Preferred
Experience in security solutions, including SOCaaS, SIEM, SASE, VPN, network monitoring, and secure access services.
