Responsibilities

Implementing a bilingual content strategy across various digital platforms to engage, educate, and inform both prospective and existing customers.
Reviewing and editing Spanish translations for accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness.
Updating, revising, and consolidating existing Spanish content to enhance user experience.
Ensuring translated content aligns with brand voice, digital standards, and is culturally sensitive.
Staying updated with medical terminology and advancements to ensure accurate translations.
Managing content development from initial request to final delivery, collaborating closely with translators and team members.
Participating in frequent online meetings with vendors and internal teams.

Required

5+ years of experience in interactive design environments as a translator, content strategist, copywriter, or related role.
Fluency in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing, and translating) is mandatory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a solid understanding of Spanish culture, audience, and nuances.
Strong understanding of medical terminology.
Proficiency with translation and localization software and tools.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with user experience principles.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related discipline is required.

Preferred

Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Certification as a Translator is preferred.
