Responsibilities

New outbound delta integration to send to a retail vendor

Automate integration to get from an external learning vendor to Workday including the course catalog creation, updates, enrollment, and completion

New Payroll inbound integration for the external payroll input

Enhance the Integration for the Job catalog updates

Required

Skill set: Workday Integration

5+ years Experience

Deep hands on at Studio based integrations

OAuth based API Outbounds

Payroll batch updates inbound from file

Complex XSLT transformation (especially XSLT 3.0)

Studio starter kit

Prism integrations (involving data update to prism from external sources/Workday)

Integration Security Updates:

- Finding domains for the integration

- Creating ISSG, ISU

- Mapping to the integration

Good understanding on Core Connector (Worker, Org and Position)

Good understanding to at least 2 of the functional modules

- Payroll

- Core HCM

- Learning

- Talent management

- Compensation

Experience with complex advanced report, Calculated fields, EIB & SFTP transmissions

Exposure to all Workday APIs and working through postman for any vendor APIs

Basic understanding of GitHub is a plus

Soft skills:

- Good communication and co-ordination

- Able to handle multiple priorities

- Work with multiple teams on a given day

- Good documentation of the development, design, and testing
