Responsibilities

Perform process development and technology transfer for new equipment/products into the Tampa manufacturing facility.
Support and lead capital project execution activities related to equipment life cycle.
Lead manufacturing support continuous improvement projects focusing on safety, compliance, and efficiency.
Participate in cross-functional teams for project progression and investigations at the Bausch and Lomb Tampa site.

Required

BS in Mechanical, Chemical engineering or science degree may apply.
Minimum 3 years of Engineering or Validation experience.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Project management skills with Project Management Professional Certification Preferred.
Time management ability. Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Computer literate; capable of operating Microsoft Projects and Visio program.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English and possess advanced math skills.
Able to work extended/odd hours around manufacturing schedule required.
Knowledge of aseptic processing highly desired.
