Responsibilities
Manage administrative tasks for six professional staff members across ODS and CWC.
Act as the official greeter for both offices, creating a welcoming environment for students.
Schedule appointments, answer general inquiries, and manage phone calls for ODS and CWC.
Become proficient in the use of office management software: Medicat for the CWC and Accessible Information Management software (AIM) for the ODS.
Coordinate calendars for the Directors of ODS and CWC.
Oversee the general email inboxes for both offices, directing messages to the appropriate staff members.
Supervise the student note-taker program for ODS and coordinate undergraduate work-study students.
Coordinate the test proctoring process for the ODS, including scheduling tests, communicating with professors and students, proctoring exams, and ensuring the integrity of the accommodated testing process.
Facilitate communication between the two departments for seamless collaboration.
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
