Responsibilities
Collaborating with senior brand strategists, designers, writers, and marketers to bring the brand strategy to life in multi-channel brand experiences such as advertising campaigns, corporate website, social media, events, etc.
Developing, managing, refining, and expanding brand elements and resources like visual and verbal identity assets, brand templates, and brand training for internal and agency audiences.
Advising on brand strategy across the business, developing creative briefs, and fostering creativity and strategic thinking to inspire others to elevate brand standards.

Required
7+ years of experience in brand, creative and marketing roles, with a minimum of 7 years of agency experience building leading brands in a variety of industries, ideally including technology and other B2B brands
Subject matter expertise in brand strategy, and visual and verbal identity: positioning, architecture, design language, naming, voice, messaging and content development
Deep understanding of leading marketing tactics, and an ability to contribute to excellence in brand and marketing experiences across channels, including digital, social, video, presentations, corporate communications, events, etc.
Persuasive and articulate in presenting creative strategies to senior team members
Driven to innovate brand strategy and expression and raise the bar with every project
Creative, high-functioning problem-solver able to keep projects moving at top speed, even in challenging and ambiguous circumstances
Lifelong learner, eager to understand the nuances of complex business dynamics and tech concepts
Enjoys collaborating with others, embodying Cognizant’s values by treating people with respect within and outside the team and the company
Preferred
Involvement in designing environments and spaces
Experience working at a Global 2000 company
Experience in digital advertising and content
Experience in governance and advisory on projects done by other parts of the business
