Responsibilities
Responsible for leading and managing product line profitability including price, margin, cost, and capabilities analysis
Project management of all Beam/Solar projects at fabrication and galvanizing facilities
Data entry and tracking within the Sabre Epicor system
Define industry needs, market opportunities, and competitive analysis for product line
Lead product development and manage new product launches
Train the sales organization on the product line
Develop market share strategies and competitive analysis tools
Drive forecast accuracy and support S&OP process
Develop Commercial Playbook tools and processes
Conduct price and margin analysis and management
Lead new product development and business case creation
Develop and launch marketing programs
Other duties as assigned

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related business area – engineering degree preferred.
At least 2 years’ experience (sales, marketing, operations, engineers, etc) – Solar business experience preferred
Knowledge of and experience with 6 Sigma and/or Lean preferred
Experience of Epicor or other ERP systems preferred
Product Management experience preferred
Operational Management experience preferred
