Responsibilities

Lead project planning and organize project efforts.

Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures.

Collect, analyze, and maintain technical data for manuals using various tools.

Assist in the development of standards and procedures.

Prepare written reports applying standard information systems concepts.

Develop solutions to problems using various techniques and tools.

Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and drive successful project delivery.

Establish partnerships with stakeholders and provide front line support.

Work in a cross-functional environment, identify dependencies, and propose solutions.

Build partnerships with vendors and develop roadmaps for proposed solutions.

Support data analysis and migration activities from legacy to future systems.

Required

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a highly related field of study with at least 5 years of experience

OR Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a highly related field of study with at least 2 years of experience

At least 2 years of practical experience in collecting, correlating, analyzing, recording & maintaining technical data for use in developing operating & instruction manuals utilizing tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Screensteps & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

At least 2 years of practical experience in preparing written reports of work by applying standard information systems, theories, concepts & techniques such as information systems, theories, concepts, and techniques such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

At least 2 years of practical experience in data analysis tools & techniques such as Spotfire, MS-Excel, MySQL querying, working in Agile methodology

At least 2 years of practical experience in supporting and performing data analysis & data migration activities from legacy systems to future systems using tools like MS-Excel and building queries using SQL
