Responsibilities
Process Analysis and Improvement: Identify, analyze, and document current business processes to uncover inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to support process improvement efforts. Utilize statistical tools and techniques to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Project Management: Lead and manage process improvement projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, set milestones, and ensure timely delivery of results.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and ensure alignment on process improvement goals.
Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements. Monitor and report on the progress and impact of implemented changes.
Documentation and Training: Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and improvement initiatives. Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on new processes and best practices.
Continuous Improvement Culture: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices, encouraging innovation, and providing support for ongoing process enhancement activities.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
0 - 2 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ingenuity/Initiative: Proactive in contributing to projects and continuous improvements, with a knack for finding creative solutions to operational challenges.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Adaptability: Flexible and willing to take on new responsibilities or priority areas as the business evolves.
Preferred
Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) is a plus.
