Responsibilities

Collaborate with Project Manager, Business and Data Analysts, and stakeholders to document and maintain requirements, procedures, processes, and related content.

Demonstrate superior writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Prepare, review, revise, and maintain business requirement documentations.

Gather and analyze technical information to document new requirements and processes.

Develop procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documents.

Perform testing of functionality, write test cases, and ensure user stories are tested and signed off.

Interact with business users, explain user stories, and participate in functional discussions with vendors.

Identify control set of data for testing purposes and document reporting requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams for go-live clearances and work closely with the development team and business users.

Design and execute test cases for application development projects.

Share test results with business clients and get their approval for production deployment.
