Required
Proven experience (3-5 years) leading and managing complex programs.
2+ years of experience in designing and implementing onboarding programs, employee recognition programs and initiatives, and implementing procedures and processes.
Experience partnering with large cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence in a dynamic business environment.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience developing and implementing training programs.
Understanding of digital communication tools and platforms.
Preferably experienced working alongside, or within, video engineering or a relevant technical field.
Preferred
Passion for creating a positive and engaging team experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills including crisp verbal skills, effective listening, and facilitation skills.
Designing and implementing effective training programs.
Identifying and addressing skill gaps within the team.
Articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Working in a fast-paced environment and pivot as needed.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (HR, talent development, internal comms).
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Influencing and building consensus among stakeholders.
Identifying and sharing relevant news and advancements, preferably in the video engineering space.
