Responsibilities
Actively engage in the analysis of report design requirements and participate with Agile team members to understand the business requirements
Develop visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop
Create reports using Microsoft Power BI including several types like Drill Down, Parameterized, Cascading, Conditional, Table, Matrix, Chart and Sub Reports
Connect data sources, import data, and transform data for Business intelligence
Develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with data warehouse standards
Utilize advanced Power BI features such as bookmarks, selections, and drill-through to enhance user experience.
Connect data sources, import data, and transform data for business intelligence (ETL).
Create queries using DAX in Power BI desktop
Perform data transformations and data cleaning to generate meaningful reports.
Support analytics initiatives to ensure that the right people are seeing the right data at the right time.
Integrate Power BI with Microsoft Dynamics 365 to streamline data analysis and reporting processes.
Develop and maintain Power BI data flows and datasets.
Implement and manage Power BI service features such as data gateways, apps, and workspaces.
Conduct performance tuning of Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure optimal performance.
Actively participate with an Agile-Scrum team.
Engage with the team to refine and estimate stories in the backlog.
Support the development of technical strategies aimed at improving productivity across various functional areas within the organization.
Operate effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Required
Have a BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related area or equivalent work experience.
Minimum Three (3) years of experience in designing and implementing complex Power BI Reports and Dashboards leveraging Power BI desktop and service.
Minimum Three (3) years of experience using DAX and Power Query
Minimum Five (5) years of experience writing T-SQL queries and development within MS SQL Server
Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically in data integration and report generation.
Demonstrated expertise in using advanced level calculations on the data set
Knowledge of Azure and Azure Data Lake is strongly preferred
Have solid experience running/participating in meetings with remote team members through collaboration technology
Have some experience with Agile and collaboration technologies including Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
Have solid Client Interaction and Problem-solving skills

Work Remotely
Preferred
Experience supporting Veterans Affairs programs or Healthcare IT programs
Expertise in modular application architectures
