Responsibilities
Ensuring testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from design stage through production ramp.
Contributing to design, development, and validation of testability circuits.
Creating and testing validation and production test hardware solutions.
Analyzing and evaluating component specification versus performance.
Creating and applying concepts for optimizing component production.
Planning and scheduling daily tasks and developing solutions autonomously.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field with 3+ years experience OR Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field with 2+ years experience in Manufacturing development or pre/post silicon validation
Preferred
Willingness to breakdown complex execution into an actionable plan
Collaborative, effective and efficient communication with others
Strategic thinking to be analytical and problem-solving
Solid data-based analytical skills with an ability to provide a coherent summary with recommendations/decisions
Attention to detail to formulate tactics, drive execution schedule, manage dependencies, and proactively predict/avoid issues
Identify and remove roadblocks to enable execution to plan and schedule
Determination to guarantee quality, drive improvements and define processes to ensure correct product decisions with consideration for cost, quality, and schedule
Shares knowledge, ideas and information openly, and effectively promotes new ideas and influences others
Excellent presentation skills
Exceptional collaboration capability with key stakeholders to align and deliver deliverables
Willingness to up-level information in a thorough yet concise manner as well as dive into the technical details
Self-starter and pro-active with willingness to work independently through ambiguity and under pressure
Silicon manufacturing flow knowledge
