Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of data science-based solutions and products for complex business problems.
Collaborate with Data Scientists to scope and deliver use cases, leveraging Machine Learning concepts.
Implement modern software engineering practices and core computer science concepts across algorithms, data structures, and distributed computing.
Utilize knowledge of data warehousing and data lake concepts, methodologies, and frameworks to enhance data science solutions.
Apply software engineering, DevOps, and ML Ops practices including experimentation and testing methodologies.
Utilize cloud computing platforms and agile methodologies to drive change and navigate ambiguity in an enterprise setting.
Manage AI/ML and technology teams, partnering with business leaders to deliver against business challenges.
Leverage entrepreneurial attitude to build new capabilities in an enterprise setting, with a focus on retail industry expertise.

Required
At least 15+ years of professional experience in roles focused on adding value through building analytics and data science-based solutions and products for complex, cross-functional business problems
Strong background with Machine Learning concepts and experience working closely with Data Scientists to scope and deliver use cases
Proficiency in modern software engineering practices and core computer science concepts across algorithms, data structures, and distributed computing
Knowledge of data warehousing and data lake concepts, methodologies, and frameworks and their implications on data science solutions
Knowledge of software engineering / DevOps / ML Ops practices including experimentation and testing methodologies
Experience with cloud computing platforms
Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to drive change and navigate ambiguity when building new capabilities in an enterprise setting
Background in managing AI/ML and technology teams and partnering with business leaders is essential
Good knowledge of agile methodologies and tools
Passion for understanding business challenges and delivering against those challenges
