Responsibilities
Track various projects to ensure they are progressing
Collaborate with different teams to gather and share information
Update project details and resolve issues quickly
Manage and respond to emails promptly
Follow standards and suggest improvements to company processes
Participate in team discussions about goals and plans
Prepare daily reports and manage tasks
Perform other duties as needed

Required
Comfortable using a computer and talking on the phone for 6-8 hours a day
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks
Good team player, able to work well with different departments
Flexible and adaptable to work in a new and shifting team environment
Capable of working under pressure with strict deadlines
Flexible schedule with 8-hour shifts, including potential weekends or evening hours
High school diploma or GED required
Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Proficiency with VLOOKUP in Excel is required
Preferred
Previous call center experience preferred
Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
