Responsibilities
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for various marketing and digital projects
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in resourcing and forecasting activities.
Manage all financial activities from project initiation to closeout including but not limited to requesting and reviewing account invoices, vendor invoices, etc…
Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage the development and trafficking of integrated project plans and deliverables.
Ensure all project assets are aligned with brand, client guidelines and meets quality standards.
Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
Lead the cross-functional teams in the development of high-quality deliverables.
Provide strategic direction and feedback to internal team members and/or external vendors.
Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, strategy, creative, and media.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Prepare and present project reports and performance analyses to senior management.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, marketing, or a related role.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g.,Jira, Smartsheets, Microsoft Office, etc.).
Experience with digital marketing, social media, and content production workflows.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with working with cross-functional and global teams.
Experience with working in an agency setting.
