Responsibilities

Plan and direct schedules for internal business projects and programs.

Monitor projects from inception through delivery.

Engage and oversee the work of external vendors.

Assign, direct, and monitor system analysis and program staff.

Focus on process improvement, organizational change management, and program management.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and business leaders.

Serve as the main point of contact for projects, facilitate meetings, drive action items, and track tasks to completion.

Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents, Test Plans, Requirements Traceability Matrix, User Training materials, and other related documentations.
