Responsibilities

Collaborate with partners and leadership to track and support Marketplace communications campaigns.

Perform PMO activities related to project tracking documentation, project plan updates, project status reporting, and related project administration tasks.

Support Communications project implementation by scheduling meetings, creating meeting agendas with leadership, sending meeting minutes and tracking action items.

Work cross functionally to gather project requirements, open tickets, track project approvals, organize and assist with the launch of communication campaigns.

Support Communications process improvement by identifying issues, providing feedback, and documenting business processes with leadership.

Manage data oversight for Communications team, including documenting project data requirements, collecting data from source, and analyzing campaign metrics.

Analyze Communications campaign data to create recap presentations, identify areas of opportunity and provide data-based recommendations.

Maintain Marketplace Communications SharePoint Site, including tracking project requests, calendar, and repository.

Support and track Communications implementation through Sitecore.

Required

Bachelor’s degree

5-7 years experience

Communication, member experience, marketing, or customer service experience

Microsoft Suite

Highly organized

Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Great communication skills

Marketplace knowledge

Experienced with Sitecore Platform

Experience with SharePoint

Project Tracking and Process improvement skills

Experience analyzing and reporting on survey data
