Responsibilities
Evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify areas of inefficiency, waste, or bottlenecks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather process data, conduct root cause analysis, and pinpoint improvement opportunities.
Develop a deep understanding of organizational operations and workflows.
Engage with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements related to processes, functionalities, and integrations.
Collect and analyze data to quantify process performance and identify trends.
Create reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process improvement initiatives.
Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
Lead or participate in cross-functional teams dedicated to process improvement projects.
Utilize Lean Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies to design and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Develop project plans, timelines, and success criteria.
Collaborate with teams to implement process changes, providing training and support to ensure successful adoption.
Monitor and assess the impact of process improvements on operations and user experiences.
Address resistance to change and identify strategies for successful transformation.
Document improved processes, procedures, and best practices.
Establish and maintain standardized procedures and guidelines to sustain improvements over time.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by promoting ideas and initiatives.
Communicate progress, results, and insights to stakeholders at all levels.
Engage with teams across the organization to solicit feedback and ensure alignment with improvement goals.

Qualification

Required
Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, engineering, or a related field.
Experience in process improvement within CPG industry.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (ex. Excel, PowerBI).
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Strong project management skills, including project planning and execution.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Previous experience gathering and refining development requirements.
Familiarity with process automation and technology-driven improvements.
Preferred
Experience working with supplier master data.
Experience working with SAP MDG and SAP S4.
