Responsibilities
Develop relationships with internal/external Producers; help Producers prospect for new business from existing clients, outside agents, and identified target groups.
Communicate and educate the Producers on the services the TPA offers; meet quarterly or semi-annually with Producers to discuss service issues, claim trends, and new cost containment techniques.
Present new business and trend analysis to clients and/or producers; collect information, develop, and deliver new and renewal proposals of insurance and TPA services including details of coverages, limits, deductibles, and other pertinent information and explain to the client or prospect after reviewing underwriting information.
Work with TPA in bringing vendor solutions to the operation.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelors degree preferred
Marketing and/or Business Administration or Insurance
5-8 years sales experience (preferably in an Employee Benefits capacity within Insurance)
Health/Life Insurance License
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exits. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Responsible for the supervision of two or more non-exempt positions of similar content and objectives.
