Responsibilities
Provide business development support throughout the new business capture lifecycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, and win strategy development.
Formulate, communicate, and implement an integrated business development and capture strategy to justify selecting GDIT for an award.
Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities supporting growth goals.
Engage with customer agencies, develop campaign plans, and strategies, and understand competitors to implement winning strategies.
Perform networking and research to increase business and stay updated on opportunities.
Meet with clients to understand their mission needs and capabilities.
Participate in industry-related groups, execute call plans, and support proposal development.
Maintain communications between teams, lead capture for deals, and provide customer insight throughout the opportunity life cycle.

Required
10+ years of related experience developing positive trusted relationships within the Federal Marketplace
Demonstrated experience gaining sustained customer interactions both with known customer and new customers
Must have broad working knowledge of Federal Government IT needs (e.g., enterprise IT, communications, cloud, cyber, ITIL-based IT service management, agile delivery practices, applications modernization, artificial intelligence, and quantum computing)
Federal government contracting policies and procedures
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
US Citizenship Required
