Responsibilities
Lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
Analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks, providing insights and recommendations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) and management reports.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP).
Provide strategic analysis and recommendations on investment opportunities, cost reduction strategies, and revenue enhancement initiatives.
Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis to support decision-making under different economic conditions.
Collaborate with business units and functional teams to understand operational performance and financial impacts.
Support decision-making processes by providing financial insights, analysis, and presentations to senior management.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast financial performance, analyze trends, and assess business scenarios.
Evaluate capital budgeting proposals, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and other strategic initiatives.
Identify financial risks and opportunities, assessing their impact on business operations and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and financial controls.
Mentor and coach junior financial analysts, providing guidance on financial analysis techniques, modeling best practices, and professional development.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the finance team.

Required
Financial Analysis: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and financial statement analysis.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret data and trends.
Problem-Solving: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze issues, develop solutions, and make recommendations.
Team Leadership: Leadership skills to mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Significant experience (usually 5-10 years or more) in financial analysis, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or related roles.
Preferred
Advanced degrees such as an MBA or a Master’s in Finance may be preferred for senior-level positions.
Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) may be advantageous.
