Responsibilities

Learn from Product Managers how clients derive value from the platform and upcoming features.

Define communication strategy connecting product improvements to customer needs.

Inform staff and customers of product suite changes via various channels.

Design cross-channel product campaigns addressing challenges/opportunities.

Write copy for product adoption campaigns.

Coordinate editorial calendar across marketing channels.

Define rhythms and processes for collaboration and optimization.

Track, analyze, and report success of product marketing initiatives.

Conduct competitor analysis and monitor feature requests.

Collaborate with the marketing team on shared initiatives.

Provide guidance to onboarding/training manager for client empowerment.
