Responsibilities
Assist in project scheduling and coordination to ensure timely delivery of client projects
Utilize project management tools such as Asana to set and track tasks and deadlines
Take notes during client calls and assign the proper follow-ups to each team member
Organize and maintain client documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
Proofread marketing materials, client deliverables, and proposals to maintain high-quality standards
Write and send weekly wrap-up emails to clients
Support content marketing specialists in monitoring and engaging with social media platforms, and scheduling posts
Provide assistance to the CEO, including assisting with presentations, invoices, research, and scheduling
Handle other administrative tasks and duties as assigned

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using project management tools such as Asana (or willingness to learn)
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Basic understanding of social media platforms and their usage for marketing purposes
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Previous internship experience in marketing is a plus
