Establishing MVP and supporting iterative releases for continuous improvements.

Maintaining alignment with customers and stakeholders.

Working with cross-functional teams to prioritize backlog.

Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories.

Championing the development process for high-quality outcomes.

Participating in the scrum delivery team to meet sprint objectives.

Adjusting and improving product iterations before release.

Required

BA in computer science, information systems, or related field

7 years of working experience as a Digital Product Owner

In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices

Successful track record of developing products within deadlines

Deep knowledge of policy & claims lifecycle, and insurance market trends

Strong analytic and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills – written and verbal

Strong presentation skills

Strong negotiation skills

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Excellent attention to detail

Preferred

Familiarity with modern methods such as Design Thinking & Lean are a major plus
