Responsibilities

Lead Group Finance project/program management process to advance SDG Finance Transformation initiatives.

Support the creation of an integrated SDG Group and Division Finance transformation roadmap and manage the intake process for new initiatives

Own and build project plans, including targets and achievements, and seeking appropriate project resources.

Support the development of quarterly Steering Committee decks and other executive report outs / leadership updates

Lead cross-functional teams in the definition of project scope, goals and results.

Supervise and report project updates to key partners and stakeholders.

Develop cross-functional relationships across the organization to drive efficiency in the project approval and execution.

Communicate and facilitate issue resolution and/or appropriate customer or partner concern to collaborators, and/or project steering committees as needed.

Support ERP, data analytics, and other project implementation for finance transformation.
