Responsibilities
Coordinate and collaborate with site department innovation leads, provide construction cost estimates and timelines, update budget, lead engineering feasibility studies, and communicate strategy to business unit leaders through E-flow.
Work with internal and external customers to support operation of Facilities through business plan, EOL, and repairs including building remodels, new construction, electrical/mechanical system improvements, exterior paving, concrete, siding, roofing.
Mentor FAC Engineering Development Program and Engineering co-op mentor, provide leadership and direction to new engineers to increase knowledge, development, skills, to ensure success in Honda.
Manage sitewide contracts including budget control, scope development, scope adherence, monthly reporting, monthly walkthroughs. Ensure all work meets or exceeds organizational targets. Adhere to Honda standards to positively impact safety, reliability, and delivery.

Required
4 year degree in Engineering or Construction Project Management or equivalent related experience.
3+ years of experience managing and coordinating Facilities projects.
Use knowledge and experience to continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of tasks within area of expertise
Actively support / participate in project team activities related to significant business innovation; develop and execute activities / tasks to achieve objectives of business team
Demonstrate solid base of technical knowledge in day-to-day operations
